This sauce is the mashed version of our Bean Sauce. All the fermented soya beans are mashed to paste in the Ground Bean Sauce. Some chefs prefer this mashed version as it mix well into their marinade dishes.
Ingredients: Soybean Paste (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Water, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Seed Oil, Spices
